ADUP is the creator of the ADUP chrome extension (herein “ADUP” or “we”, “us” or “ours”).
Please note that your privacy is an important issue to us, and below you will find our Privacy Policy that cover how ADUP will treat personal information collected and received by your use of our plug-in and/or website.

If we come to discover that a user under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information upon registration to our website without the prior consent of their legal guardian, we will immediately delete such user account.
We, at ADUP, collect and process information at our Users own consent, and as necessary for us to provide our Users with our services. We use this type of information to provide and improve our services to our users.

f. ADUP is acquired by or merged into another company. Users shall be notified in such case.

We at ADUP maintain electronic and physical procedures, as well as technical and organizational measures in order to protect our Users personal information shared with us.
We also limited the access to our Users personal information only to those of our employees with a need to know basis of the personal information to enable them to provide our Users with our services. Such employees are signed on individual confidentiality agreements with ADUP.
Please note that there a number of simple actions you can do in order to better protect your personal information. The following are some examples:
1. Never share your account details.
2. Be wary of any strange emails received from unfamiliar or suspicious addresses. Do not click on such emails and/or on links sent to you through such emails.

We shall keep your information for such amount of time necessary for us to provide you with our services, and for an additional reasonable amount of time thereafter for us to be able to meet our legal obligations and/or to deal with any claims or complaints.

# The personal information was used unlawfully but you don’t want it to be deleted.
# The personal information is inaccurate.
# We don’t need it anymore, but you want us to keep us to keep it for legal purposes.
# You have submitted a request for us to delete your information and want to restrict its use until such deletion is fully completed.
